Munich beer is famous and so are the traditional places in Munich. Zum Augustiner Munich is a mix of tradition and modern life. If you were at least once in South Germany during your lifetime, especially in the Bavarian Capital Munich, I am assured that you’ll never regret it.
There is plenty of different, interesting monuments, Museums, and other attractions to see, experience and remember. From restaurants to sport utilities and social centers, for all needs, you’ll find a proper option. What I recommend is to visit is one of the Oktoberfest breweries.
There is many bars and leisure facilities that you can visit in Munich and the Beer master specialties. I visit regularly them by myself and I can tell you that the quality of the food (even for a vegetarian) and beer are high levels. It is so hard to choose which one is the best, but you can undoubtedly visit them during your visit here in Munich.
Augustiner is a place for locals
This time I picked the “Augustinerbrau Munich“ as one of my favorites. It is located probably in a very suitable location in Munich. It is quite close to ‘Marienplatz’ and is the oldest brewery in the city. The history of this brewery-only speaks for herself. Its Tradition should be enough to convince you coming to this brilliant place. One of the main reasons I chose this one to recommend is because it provides very affordable prices. Service here is also at the top level as I have experienced top-notch communication and understanding from the waiters and all employers here.
Because of their noble and kind behavior, you will feel like you are at your own backyard which provides the most comfortable feeling possible. As every facility that provides hospitality service here, this one also has some of the most delicious specialties to offer too.
Augustiner offers an indoor beer garden and the best Munich Beer
A versatile menu of different kinds of meat, not only beers, is available anytime. I was in the beer garden although you can eat outside at the front or inside which is yours to choose upon your wishes. My Husband choice was a slice of pork and nice foaming beer which were amazing though. I took Käsespätzle, hard to speak for foreigners, but delicious. Everything was fresh so I really had no nothing to complain about. I also tried the pretzels and I can tell they are excellent too.
During another visit with my husband, he tried the bratwurst and I had the Cheese Plate both were phenomenal either. I met many of locals like me there and I can freely say that this place represents a ‘small sacred place’ for us in Munich.
A place to go with friends
All my guests who came here were very satisfied. This place simply has its own good energy and peaceful environment which anybody leaves speechless. The ambiance and the atmosphere in ‘Augustinerbrau Munich’ were unforgettable. After a day doing tours in the city, enjoy a time-out here.
I visit this restaurant for 35 years, but I inspect periodically if the quality and management are still performing on the same quality. For my next visit, I plan to bring a couple of friends mine of course.
