Ingredients for Minestra
- 3 potatoes
- 6 carrots
- 3 spring onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 5 mushrooms
- marjoram
- nutmeg
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
- water
Cook for about 20 minutes, then let sit on the stove for 30 minutes.
